How I Work

Empathetic, business-aligned development

Writing code is the easy part. What sets great outcomes apart is understanding why we're building something — the users, the business model, and the real-world impact. I approach every engagement by aligning technical decisions with the goals that matter most to you.

Lean and iterative. I favour rapid feedback loops, Kanban-style flow, and continuous delivery so we learn fast and ship with confidence.

Technology that fits. My core stack spans Scala, Erlang, Python, and C# on Linux (Arch), with deep experience in Elasticsearch and Lucene for search-driven applications. But I choose tools based on the problem, not habit.

Teams over heroes. I believe in building healthy, collaborative engineering cultures where people grow and systems improve every sprint.
